Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Delays

Pretty Guava is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Pretty Guava is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
